ZONE Architects was asked to redesign and extend Scotland’s only two Michelin star restaurant at Gleneagles Hotel in Perthshire.

Our aim was to lift the quality of the interior to world class standards. The layout of the restaurant is precisely planned to allow carefully rehearsed and precise levels of service.

We provided the overall vision and strategy for the redesign and extending of the restaurant and also carried out detailed lighting and bespoke furniture design. We acted as project managers for the fast track fit-out completed in January 2007.
